1. What we store
To run the service we store: the files you upload and the copies we make of them (a smaller copy, and a copy prepared for fast searching); your account details from Google sign-in (name, email, account ID); a scrambled fingerprint of each access key, never the key itself; the searches you run and how long they took, kept for 30 days; an activity log of actions on your account (uploads, downloads, deletions, searches, exports, locks and access-key changes), with who did each and the IP address it came from, which you can see and download in the dashboard; and your plan and payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the service: storing, searching and returning your files, enforcing plan limits, billing, security monitoring, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your data, use your files for advertising, or look inside them except when you ask us for support or the law requires it.
3. Where it is stored
Your files, the copies we make of them, and your search history are stored and processed only in Mumbai, India, in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The dashboard, our API and the contact form send your data straight to Mumbai. The website pages are served from Google Cloud in the United States, and sign-in uses Google; neither receives or stores your files.
4. Service providers
Amazon Web Services (storage and processing), Google (sign-in and website hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), and Razorpay (payments). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
5. How long we keep it
Your files stay until you delete them or close your account. When you delete a file, we remove it and every copy we made of it; a backup copy may remain for up to 30 days so we can recover from mistakes, then it is removed. Search history is deleted after 30 days. The activity log is kept for 30 days on the Free plan and for one year on paid plans, then deleted automatically.
6. Your choices
You can download or delete any file from the dashboard at any time. To get a copy of your account data, correct it, or close your account and delete everything, email us.
